| Project Name | Study of the optical and electrophysical properties of nano-sized films based on metal silicides and semiconductor compounds used in energy-saving technologies |
| Project Leader | Normuradov Muradulla, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor |
| Field of Science | Mathematics and physics. Mechanical Sciences. |
| Information about the Project | Currently, there is interest in thin films of transition metals and their silicides formed on the surface of silicon single crystals, as well as dielectric substrates, primarily in solid-state electronics, with the creation of materials with unique physical properties. The properties of thin films can differ significantly from the properties of bulk materials, especially films with a thickness of several nanometers. Such anomalous properties are associated with the occurrence of dimensional quantum phenomena, when the dimensions of nanocrystals are on the same level as the de Broglie wavelength of electrons. Currently, existing methods for depositing thin films using low-temperature plasma and ion radiation make it possible to obtain films from various materials (including refractory and multicomponent compositions), which is practically impossible using the thermal vacuum method. The creation of new devices based on thin films obtained by the low-energy ion-plasma method makes it possible to establish the patterns of formation of metal/semiconductor/dielectric interfaces and their properties, as well as the formation of nanoplasmas at early stages of size. films and high-temperature solid-phase reactions require detailed knowledge of the growth mechanism. |

| Project Name | Development of edible and medicinal mushrooms common in the Kashkadarya region, and technologies for their cultivation on artificial nutrient media |
| Project Leader | Assoc. Sherkulova Jamilya Payanovna |
| Field of Science | Biotechnology and mycology |
| Project Information | Currently, the population's need for high-quality, inexpensive food products rich in various vitamins, proteins, micro- and macroelements, as well as natural medicines is increasing. At this point, the development and implementation of environmentally friendly, low-cost, science-based technologies for growing edible and medicinal mushrooms suitable for local conditions will serve to a certain extent to satisfy the above needs. Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ-4821 of September 9, 2020 "On measures to rapidly develop the food industry of the Republic and fully provide the population with quality food products", as well as of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on November 26, 2020 No. PQ-4901 "On measures to expand the scope of scientific research on the cultivation and processing of medicinal plants, the development of their seed production" development of strategies and models of food industry development based on effective use of existing natural and economic resources, scientific cultivation and processing of medicinal plants, formation and implementation of a unified strategy for their rational use. Firstly, planned mycological researches on the study of macromycetes, especially edible and medicinal fungi, have not been carried out in the territory of Kashkadarya region. Secondly, it is important to have pure (mother) cultures, to study their morpho-cultural characteristics, and to constantly update them when growing biomass of fungi, regardless of whether they are edible or medicinal. Thirdly, it is necessary to choose low-cost substrates in local conditions and to scientifically justify their biological efficiency in growing biomass of fungi and obtaining a high yield from them. |

| Project Name | Clean Water |
| Project Leader | Shamsiddinova Shahrizoda Baxtiyor kizi |
| Project Information | Algae water treatment is an important way to keep water clean and clean. In this method, the algae is taken from the water to the treatment centers and planted there. At these centers, proprietary tools are used to reduce the water's purity, chemicals, and harmful microorganisms. Algae can be of different types, such as carbon filter, UV edge, or osmotic algae. Each type may have its own advantages and disadvantages. The main function of algae is to filter harmful substances in water (for example, charged particles, chemicals, viruses). In addition, water correction and separation of many cleanings done under its influence are also carried out. Mass breeding of algae in the Republic of Karakalpakstan and Kashkadarya region and using them to clean waste water from organo-minerals, heavy metals, cyanides, oil products and pathogenic microorganisms in a biological way. Delivery of productivity-enhancing feed for agriculture and some sectors (fishery, poultry) and livestock. |
